360 Properties was founded by Michael Hunt and Mary Martins on a straightforward belief: real estate and financial decisions should be clear, not complicated. Between them, Michael and Mary bring years of combined experience in buying, selling, renting, and the financial side of property, and they built 360 Properties to bring it all under one roof.

The name reflects how they work. Clients rarely have just one need. Someone selling a home may also be weighing a tax lien or a financial decision tied to it. Rather than sending people from one specialist to the next, Mike and Mary created a company that sees the full picture and handles every angle. Today, 360 Properties serves clients across Texas with the same hands-on approach the company started with.
